THE DIAGNOSIS, THE PROGNOSIS, AND THE ANTIDOTE

Matthew 10:14 clearly shows that Christians should not fall into the practice or business of Nation Building and present themselves as a moral majority, but in reality, they are the tombs of all that is dark and immoral in this nation. Matthew 28:19 was a call to teach Christ, not a call to tyranny and colonialism; it was a call to present Christ, not to represent a country. Last but not least, John 4:24 is a call to a spiritual lifestyle in the Spirit and not a call to secular supremacy. One can't influence change by calling something that it is not or by ignoring what it is. To heal from the centuries of derelict and displacement of duty, we must identify the disease and condition_that's the diagnosis (Romans 3:23). Then we must realize the likely outcome/consequences of the condition and disease if ignored and goes untreated_that's the prognosis (Romans 5:12). Then accept Jesus Christ as the only cure for this misnomer; that's the antidote (Acts 4:12). Just as the churches in Revelation was praised for certain things they were also rebuked and had consequential eternal judgment place on them because of their profuse sin(s) specific to that particular church which most likely was the dominant sin in the social environment in which they lived. The sin of America is hate, aka racism. While the Church in America can boast of some good things, it is the undercurrent and hidden agenda of racism that a "believer/church" has adopted that will have their candle stick removed and ultimately be rejected by God (Matthew 7:22-23).
Acts of colonialism, neo-colonialism, genocide, exploitation, oppression, and racism are not what God uses to spread His message of love. That ideology is not only a distortion of truth but a lie. Isaiah 53:5-8 lets us know that He suffered to give life to suffering people, not lived life from the suffering of people. Jesus made it clear when talking to those who live in Jerusalem under the colonialism, neo-colonialism, genocide, exploitation, oppression, and racism of the Roman Empire, using that colonial enclavement to formulate the words spoken in John 10:10. God did not spread His word through the ideology, confines, and forcibleness Christian Crusaders nor manifest his power through Manifest Destiny_ for it is in Galatians 1:8-9; that Paul lets believers know that they should reject any message from man that contradicts the original Gospel of Christ and the life he gives to the extent that even if an angel from heaven preach a distorted Gospel, they will be condemned to destruction! The Gospel of Jesus Christ is not spread through the acts or ideology of countryism (Idolatry, Christian nationalism, and nation-building), capitalism (greed, exploitation, and Lasciviousness), colonialism (genocide, oppression, exploitation), churchism (Temple building, religious, institutionalized), and celebrityism (fame, self-indulgence, self-important, vain, and ignorant). Jesus came to do the complete opposite, as stated in the book of Isaiah which it reads:
"The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed and commissioned me to bring good news (not oppression) to the humble and afflicted. He has sent me to bind up [the wounds of] the brokenhearted (not to wound through genocide and exploitation).
To proclaim release [from confinement and condemnation] to the [physical and spiritual] captives and freedom to prisoners. To proclaim the favorable year of the Lord, and the day of vengeance and retribution of our God. To comfort all who mourn. To grant to those who mourn in Zion the following:
To give them a turban instead of dust [on their heads, a sign of mourning], The oil of joy instead of mourning, The garment [expressive] of praise instead of a disheartened spirit. So they will be called the trees of righteousness [strong and magnificent, distinguished for integrity, justice, and right standing with God], The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified." ~Isaiah 61:1-3 (AMP)
Jesus, in his message of revolt against the religious leaders and institutions, criticizes the scribes and Pharisees for focusing on minor details of the law (like tithing spices) while neglecting the "weightier matters": justice, mercy, and faith. Matthew 23 was a stark rebuke of corporeal and secular exploitation, oppression, greed, and hypocrisy of religious leaders who lie in bed with, who have a covert agreement or partnership with, and are closely aligned with the interest of an oppressive empire.
To heal, we must identify the disease and condition_that's the diagnosis (Romans 3:23). Then we must realize the likely outcome/consequences of the condition and disease if ignored and goes untreated_that's the prognosis (Romans 5:12). Then accept Jesus Christ as the only cure for this misnomer; that's the antidote (Acts 4:12).
Now to him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy— to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen
Be well and stay blessed,
